Terms & Conditions

- If in case you wish to prepone / postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail, hence prepone / postpone depend on Hotel Policy and Availability. Also additional charges may be apply depend on the situation.

- We do not accept any kind of amendment in plan within 07 days of travel date or during the tour.

- In case of prepone / postpone cancelation charge may be apply.

- In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.

- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.

- In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is at the guest's discretion whether to take service or not.

- We don’t cover any kind of insurance in our package until or unless guest demand for it, hence it will be on extra charges base.

- Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.

- The check-in and check-out time varies according to Hotel policy.

- Early/Late, check-In/out depend on Hotel Policies.

- For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

- The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road conditions.

- If you cancel your tour due to bad weather or landslide, natural digester, political strike, pandemic and any kind of closure, the amount will be not refundable.

- Rise in the price due to any kind of Pandemic and political Strike must be bear by the guest side and payable directly on spot.

- In case of Any kind of miss behave with company Staff / driver / Coordinator and Tour guide via call or physical is not acceptable, company is bound to take any legal action on behalf of this.
